Jim started his coaching career in the Junior ranks with Blantyre Victoria, 3 seasons there with back to back promotions, at the same time working with the Celtic ladies development squad, during his time there he was working with goalkeepers who went on to play with Scotland at there age group. Then the opportunity came up to work with Clyde FC as the first team goalkeeping coach working with John Gibson for 2 seasons and for the last 4 seasons he’s been the first team goalkeeping coach with league one side Airdrie. Jim has over 300 league games as a coach in the SPFL granting himself supreme experience as a professional coach and putting himself in a positive position to help your young keeper grow and develop.
